This Han Solo–inspired DL-44 blaster is a push-fit prop kit designed for cosplay, display, or pure fandom pride. Printed in durable PLA right here in the UK and made to order, so every kit arrives fresh.

At 13 inches (33 cm) fully assembled with an actuating trigger, it sits and feels like the real thing in your hand — solid, weighty, and nothing like the flimsy versions you'll find elsewhere. The push-fit design means no glue, no mess, and no experience needed. If you can follow a diagram, you can build this in an afternoon.

Display-ready straight out of the box. The smooth finish looks great as-is — no painting required. But if you want to take it further, it makes an excellent base for detailing, weathering, or a full screen-accurate paint job. The choice is yours.
