If you want a Halo display piece for your shelf after Halo: Campaign Evolved launched on 28 July 2026, there are three solid options from 3DCre8Design. The CE Magnums are the cheapest way in, from £21.99. The M7 Caseless SMG (£44.99) is the best centrepiece for a desk or wall mount. The M808 Scorpion Tank (£90.00) is the no-glue showpiece with moving tracks and a rotating turret. All three are 3D printed to order in the UK, and all three are unofficial fan-made tributes.

Which Halo prop or model kit should you pick?
Halo: Campaign Evolved is a remake of the original Halo: Combat Evolved campaign, so interest in the classic UNSC kit is high right now. The right kit depends on your budget, how much building you want to do, and where it will sit. Here is how the three compare, using the details on each product page.
| Kit | Price | Assembly | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| CE Magnums (M6D) | From £21.99 | 17 parts, glued, magnetic magazine | Painters, gift buyers, tight budgets |
| M7 Caseless SMG | £44.99 | 22 parts, glued, dowel rod and magnets | Cosplay and shelf display |
| M808 Scorpion Tank | £90.00 | 200+ parts, push-fit, no glue | Big display piece, relaxed builders |
Are the CE Magnums a good first Halo prop?
Yes, if you like painting. The CE Magnums are a replica of the M6D Magnum, the UNSC officer's sidearm from Halo: Combat Evolved. The kit has 17 parts and a magnetic quick-release magazine (the 6x3mm magnets are included). You can choose Cold Iron raw Grey or Black PLA as a blank canvas (£21.99), the Dark Metallic filament for a sheen without painting (£23.99), or the Captain Keyes' Personal Magnum finish with gold accent detailing built in (£26.99). It weighs about 0.5kg and is made at marine scale.

17 parts, magnetic magazine, four finish options. UK made.
Is the M7 Caseless SMG worth £44.99?
It is if you want something with presence. The M7 is a replica of the Caseless SMG from Halo 2: Anniversary, built to marine-scale proportions in PLA+. It comes in 22 parts, is reinforced through the centre with a 7mm (1/4 inch) dowel rod (not supplied), and has a magnetic magazine. Panel lines, rail slots and the "Cal 5mm x 23" marking are captured, and it arrives in raw grey PLA+ so you can paint, weather or add lighting. Note that it is a glued build, so allow time and the right adhesive.

22 parts, marine scale, magnetic magazine, unpainted PLA+.
Can you build the Scorpion Tank without glue?
Yes. The M808 Scorpion Tank is a push-fit kit of 200+ parts that assembles without glue or tools. It is 33cm long, the tracks roll, and the main turret rotates and pivots. It is printed in PLA Matte with high infill, made to order in the UK, with dispatch listed at 3 to 5 working days. It is the priciest of the three at £90.00, and it is a big build, so check the dimensions against your shelf first. If you are weighing up glue-free builds in general, our guide to push-fit vs glued model kits explains the trade-offs.

Push-fit, no glue, moving tracks, rotating turret. Made to order in the UK.
How do you display a 3D printed Halo prop?
A few simple habits keep PLA kits looking sharp:
- Keep them out of direct heat. PLA can soften and warp on a sunny windowsill or in a hot car, so choose a shelf away from radiators and glass.
- Use the magnets. The Magnums and M7 have magnetic quick-release magazines, so you can display with the magazine seated or removed.
- Group by theme. A pair of Magnums beside the SMG on a floating shelf, with the Scorpion on the shelf below, reads as a UNSC arsenal.
- Paint is optional. The raw grey finishes are a blank canvas for weathering, or choose a pre-finished option such as the Dark Metallic Magnums.
